COVID-19 Response

Prevention

Knowing is not enough when faced with something unpredictable. We set in place the plan and procedures that our employees closely adhere to not only in the workplace, but also in the field and at home.

In the workplace

  • Employees are required to answer COVID specific screening questions in our app
  • Employees showing new symptoms or have been exposed are sent home to quarantine
  • Disinfectant and hand sanitizers are available at ALL workstations
  • High-traffic areas are routinely cleaned and disinfected
  • Face masks are required in common areas and are provided if it is needed
  • Breaks and lunches are staggered to avoid commingling
  • Refrigerators and microwaves are put out of order to prevent any potential contamination
  • Workstations are staggered to promote social distancing
  • Employees are encouraged to work remotely if possible

In the field

  • Face masks are required when entering our Customer's homes
  • Face masks and gloves are stocked and available in our crew's vehicles
  • Disinfectants and hand sanitizers are provided to each crew and available within their vehicles
  • Workstations within the Customer's home are routinely sanitized
  • Social distancing is encouraged when possible, not only from each other, but from clients as well
  • Vehicles, tools, and testing equipment are cleaned and sanitized after each appointment to prevent cross-contamination between homes

At home

  • We emphasize that family comes first; employees are not forced to come into work if they are uncomfortable
  • Employees are encouraged to stay home and quarantine if a new set of symptoms arise
  • Laptops and mobile phones are made available for employees who chose to work remotely
  • Employees who travel out of state are advised to  self-quarantine for 14 days upon return
